“Hot & Creamy” – Delicious Fat Burning Energy Drink

This Keto Vanilla Latte recipe is a tastier version of Bulletproof coffee. Instead of butter, we use heavy cream and in place of coconut oil, we use MCT powder.

That means it’s less oily and far more readily absorbed to be converted to ketones.

The fat in the heavy cream will give you a more sustained energy through to your next meal.

Ingredients For Keto Vanilla Latte

How to Make a Spiced Vanilla Latte at Home
  • 1 1/2 cups of Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 4 shots of Espresso (or your favorite coffee, you can use instant)
  • 6 tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • 2 scoops of MCT Powder (Make sure the MCT powder is like the one use in the link with no fillers or chemicals)
  • 4 teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
  • 4 Teaspoons of Swerve (or your favorite sweetener to taste)

This enough ingredients for two hot Keto vanilla lattes with plenty of energy to keep you going for hours.

How To Make Keto Vanilla Latte

  1. Place a saucepan over a low heat
  2. Add one cup of Almond Milk
  3. Add four shots of Espresso
  4. Add four tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  5. Add two teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
  6. Add two teaspoons of Swerve
  7. Stir the ingredients and then bend with a stick blender being careful not to spray the ingredients (pulse maybe better) until the MCT powder has been blended through.
  8. In a separate saucepan add half of a glass of Almond Milk
  9. Add two tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  10. Add two teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
  11. Add two teaspoons of Swerve
  12. Blend the contents with a stick blender until frothy
  13. Take the hot ingredients from the first saucepan and divide between two glasses or coffee mugs
  14. Top both mugs with the creamy froth
  15. Garnish with sugar-free chocolate powder
  16. Serve and Drink!

Drink your Keto vanilla lattes hot straight after making them. This Keto Latte isn’t as oily as when you make a Bulletproof Coffee.

With the Medium Chain Triglycerides ( MCT powder) the fatty acids are more readily available as energy for ketosis and fat burning.

  • 4 Shots Coffee Espresso or Instant

  • 2 scoops MCT Powder
  • 4 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 4 tsp Swerve Or sweeten with your favorite sweetener to taste

  • Add four shots of Espresso Coffee (or instant if that’s all you have)
  • Add four tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • Add two teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
  • Add two teaspoons of Swerve
  • Stir the ingredients and then bend with a stick blender being careful not to spray the ingredients (pulse maybe better depending on your stick blender) until the MCT powder has been blended through. Leave to stay hot, do not boil
  • In a separate saucepan add half of a glass of Almond Milk
  • Add two tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • Add two teaspoons of Vanilla Essence
  • Add two teaspoons of Swerve
  • Blend the contents with a stick blender until frothy
  • Take the hot ingredients from the first saucepan and divide between two glasses or coffee mugs (they should be 3/4 full)
  • Top both mugs with the creamy froth
  • Garnish with sugar-free chocolate powder
  • Serve and Drink!
