This simple Keto Carnivore Baked Eggs is a tasty dish that can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. These cheesy, beefy eggs make a great, quick meal in less than 15 minutes!

Keto Carnivore Baked Eggs Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Salted Butter
  • 7 ounces of Basic Ground Beef
  • 1 teaspoon of Dried Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon of Cumin, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Smoked Paprika, ground
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • ½ cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 4 large Eggs

How to Make Keto Carnivore Baked Eggs

  • Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.
  • Place an ovenproof skillet over high heat and add the butter.
  • Add the ground beef and saute for 1 minute, before adding the parsley, cumin, and paprika. Mix well.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the meat mixture along the base of your skillet, then make 4 holes for the eggs.
  • Sprinkle over the cheddar then crack each of the eggs into the holes.
  • Remove from the heat and bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
  • Serve hot straight from the pan as they are, or over a slice of toasted Keto Bread.
