Keto Chai Latte – Creamy Slow Cooker Recipe

This delicious Keto Chai Latte is a beautifully spiced, creamy tea recipe. It will have your home smelling amazing in no time!

Since we use whole spices in this recipe, it is ideal for cooking slowly. If you don’t have a slow cooker, gently simmer the chai for 30 minutes to an hour on your stove top.

This Sugar-Free Chai Latte recipe makes 4 serves. 1 serving is 1 cup – 250ml/8.5oz.

Store the leftover tea in the fridge for up to 3 days. The tea can be reheated on the stove top, in the microwave, or enjoyed chilled.

Keto Chai Latte Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup of Water, boiling
  • 2 tablespoons Black Tea, loose leaf (or 4 tea bags)
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 8 Cloves
  • 6 Allspice Berries
  • 4 Cardamom Pods
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 2 scoops MCT Powder
  • 2 cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ cup of Heavy Cream
  • 2-3 tablespoons of Erythritol
  • 4 tablespoons of Keto Whipped Cream, optional

How to Make Keto Chai Latte

  1. Add the black tea to the boiled water and leave for 4 minutes to brew.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to your slow cooker and set to high.
  3. Strain the black tea and add the liquid to your slow cooker. Mix well.
  4. Cook on high for 3 hours.
  5. Strain out the spices and pour the chai into 4 glasses.
  6. Top with the Keto Whipped Cream, if using, and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy immediately.
