Keto Shamrock Shake – Easy Vanilla Mint Milkshake Recipe

You won’t need the luck of the Irish to whip up this easy Keto Shamrock Shake! This vanilla mint drink is a delicious low carb version of the well-known milkshake that is enjoyed on St Patrick’s Day!

This Low Carb Shamrock Shake recipe makes 2 serves. 1 serving is 1 cup and has 2g net carbs.

We recommend making your Keto Shamrock Shake fresh. It is not suited to storing for long periods.

Keto Shamrock Shake Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Keto Vanilla Ice Cream
  • ¾ cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup of Heavy Cream
  • ½ teaspoon of Peppermint Essence
  • 5-8 drops of Green Food Coloring
  • Keto Whipped Cream, to serve
  • Fresh Mint Leaves, to serve

How to Make Keto Mint Shamrock Shake

  1. Place the ice cream, almond milk, cream, peppermint essence, and green food coloring into your blender.
  2. Blend on high speed for 2-3 minutes, until combined.
  3. Pour into glasses and top with Keto Whipped Cream and fresh mint leaves.
