These Keto Sloppy Joes are the perfect balance of sweet, salty and tangy. They are classic American comfort food and the ground beef mixture is easy on the budget.

Keto Sloppy Joes Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 pound of Ground Beef
  • 1 small Red Pepper, diced
  • 7 ounces of Tomato Passata
  • ¼ cup of Sugar-Free Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of Sukrin Gold
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of Mustard Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
  • 6 Keto Burger Buns, to serve
  • 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded

How to Make Keto Sloppy Joes

  • Place a large saucepan over high heat and add the oil, onion and salt. Saute for 3-5 minutes until the onion has turned translucent.
  • Add the ground beef saute while breaking up, until browned.
  • Add the remaining ingredients (except the buns and cheddar) and mix well.
  • Reduce the heat and simmer for 30 minutes, or until it is thick and saucy.
  • Serve on a toasted Keto Burger Bun, topped with cheddar cheese
