Keto Turmeric Latte – Immune Boosting Drink

Our Keto Turmeric Latte (or Golden Milk) is a delicious spiced drink that is loaded with health benefits. It’s a great way to start the day!

This Low Carb Turmeric Latte can also be made in a milk frother, just add the ingredients and press start. This is the best way to get lovely frothy milk on top.

This Keto Turmeric Latte recipe makes 2 serves.

We recommend making the Turmeric Latte fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge and reheated and needed.

Keto Turmeric Latte Ingredients

  • 2 cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2 scoops MCT Oil Powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • 2-3 teaspoons of Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon of Turmeric, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Ginger, ground
  • Pinch of Cayenne, ground
  • Pinch of Black Pepper, ground

How to Make Keto Turmeric Latte

  1. Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and whisk until combined.
  2. Heat until hot, but don’t allow to boil.
  3. Pour into 2 mugs and enjoy.
