If you don’t have chia seeds on hand, flax meal or a fiber supplement will do.

Almond milk is a good source of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant vitamin important for skin health. Berries add plenty of antioxidants and fiber to this smoothie, while chia seeds increase its omega-3 fatty acid content. Our protein powder will make this smoothie more satieting, but it will also support muscle growth and tissue repair if you take it after a workout.
